Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find the right flooring professional?
Use the search bar to filter by name, service type, or city. Each business profile includes services offered, ratings, hours, service area, and direct contact information so you can compare and choose the best fit for your project. You can also use the Compare button on any card to evaluate up to 3 businesses side by side.
Are these businesses verified?
Listings are compiled from public business information — phone numbers, websites, mapping profiles, service categories, and publicly visible review signals — and checked for obvious errors before they appear. Review is not the same as owner verification: business details change, so homeowners should confirm licensing, insurance, pricing, and availability directly before hiring. Owners can claim a listing to add a verified-owner badge.
What area does this directory cover?

How can I list my flooring business?
If you operate a flooring business anywhere in the US and would like to be listed, click "List Your Business" at the top of the page. We review submissions before publishing to keep the directory useful.

How Our Listings Work

10,600+ businesses compiled from public data — built for direct homeowner research

Compiled Listings

Listings are compiled from public contact, service, and review signals. Details can change, so confirm directly before hiring.

Honest Ratings

A star rating and review count are only shown when supported by traceable review data. Listings without that data show no rating.

Public Locations

Addresses and service areas are listed from public business information. Confirm the current location and service area when you contact the business.

Free to Use

No signup, no paywall. Homeowners browse and contact pros directly, for free.

How Listings Are Reviewed

We want homeowners to trust what they read here. This page explains, in plain language, where our listings come from and what “reviewed” does and does not mean.

Where the data comes from

Listings are compiled from public business information: business names, phone numbers, websites, addresses, mapping profiles, service categories, and publicly visible customer review signals. We do not buy lead data and we do not resell homeowner inquiries.

What “reviewed” means

Each record is checked for an identifiable business name, a real city and state, and a flooring-related category, and we review for obvious duplicates and contradictory data. Phone numbers, websites, addresses, and other contact paths are shown when available — they are not guaranteed for every record, so confirm details directly with the business. Reviewed is not the same as verified. Business details change, so confirm licensing, insurance, and pricing directly before hiring.

What “Verified” means

A Verified-owner badge is reserved for listings where an owner or authorized representative has claimed the profile and confirmed their business phone and location with us. It is not shown on public records by default. Because no listing has completed that claim process yet, no owner-verified badge currently appears anywhere in the directory.

Ratings & reviews

We only show a rating or review count when it passes our validation checks. We never publish review counts that simply mirror a phone area code, and we do not generate synthetic review excerpts.

Spot something wrong?

Homeowners and business owners can request a correction or claim a profile from any listing page. We review every request before anything changes on the directory.

Free for homeowners

Browsing and contacting businesses is always free. We do not sell the same inquiry to multiple contractors, and there is no signup required to use the directory.
